Happy Friday friends! I'm so glad it's Friday but that just means that we are one Friday closer to school starting! I know I shouldn't complain but....

I confess:

I thought I was having a heart attack this morning. I know it's nothing to play with but my chest was hurting and I felt weird. Hoping that feeling NEVER happens again. No worries, I'll be checking things out if they don't get better.

I'm loving my new MacBook. In College, I never went the Mac route but I am so thankful that I did this time. I figure my 2007 DELL will quit soon so I went ahead and bit the bullet. I'm no where near used to it but I love what all it can do!

I need a new blog design/layout PRONTO: I've got to get this done but I honestly don't know where to start. I know lots of ladies that are willing but I just don't know how to even start! I am looking for inspiration in Blog land so hopefully it'll happen soon!

Im just happy to get two blogs out this week: This summer has been a slow go with blogging and many other things. I'm working on getting my life (as interesting as it is, ha!) back out to you! Just be patient...

It's Friday! Aren't Fridays in the Summer just the best?

I think so...

1. I confess that this week has shown me to savor every moment of every day. Tuesday we got awful news that my cousin Nikki had died suddenly while staying with her sick mother at the hospital. It has really rocked our family and her husband and 10 year old daughter still need lots of prayers for the days to come. It was totally unexpected and such a shock to the entire family. Please spend every moment in the days ahead doing what you want and need to do. Family and friends should be our favorite pastime.

2.) I confess that summer has been good to me so far. I've kept busy with grad school work, re-decorating my room at my parent's house (that story will be up soon) and having dinner with friends. I can't wait to see some pool time soon! 

3.) I confess that blogging has taken a back burner in my life for the past 2 months and that's about to change. I'm working on finding someone to give me a blog update and if you have ANY suggestions to who could do something that will make me smile, send ya girl an email. I'm thinking a new design, etc. will make this lady more eager to blog more. 

4.) I confess that I've got some posts that need to be up soon. ** New job update, moving back "home", Franks Wedding recap, etc. It's some exciting weeks ahead, my dears.  Sneak peak..

5.) I confess that in 5 days I will have my toes in the sand. I won't be blogging then so if any of you lovelies would like to guest post, please email me. I have no preference to what you can talk about so that should make life easy for you! ;)

one. I'm working on a 30 before 30 list and I can't wait to share with you some of the goals and wishes that I have to complete before then. It is extremely crazy to think that I will be 25 this January but that just means I need to get busy. If you have any ideas that YOU did or something that you think would be amazing, comment away! I would love some inspiration from the ladies who I talk to on a daily basis. :)

two. I confess that when I watch Grey's Anatomy, it really makes me want to go back to school and become a doctor. 
now.. before I get some nasty comments.. I'm sure that it's not quite like the show and not near as interesting/easy as they make it look.

three. I confess that I love my job, believe me I do.. but I am MORE than ready for the summer break. My babies are sniffly, restless, and ready for a break.
I kinda think they know their teacher is too! 
Hopefully I'll have some exciting news for you in the coming weeks but I'm thankful for having a job and for co-workers who help de-stress each other when all we want to do is pull our hair out!

four. the best, Caitlyn, is graduating from "The W" on Saturday and this friend couldn't be happier for her! I'm so proud of all that you have accomplished. You go girl! Not sure what God has up his sleeves for you, but I know that he has something fun! I must say that I am very jealous that you are graduating. I want to walk across a stage, dang it. 

Saturday it'll be you with the diploma, best! Can't wait to celebrate with you and give you your PRESENT! So, so proud of you!

{Confessional F.r.i.d.a.y.}

I confess:

• McAlisters would be my last meal, if I ever had to make that decision.
• I am ready to be back in the general ed classroom.
• Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Vine and Snapchat are my dates every night. I live the life, people. Aren't you jealous?
• I'm hearing of more and more engagements from my lovely friends and I couldn't be happier but it still hits home in more than one way. Help a sister out, friends..

• This lovely piece of work is my background at work and I'm believing wholeheartedly.   My God has plan. 

• I have the best mama in the world. I love my new Peter's Pottery coaster. I have it on my "teacher" desk at work. and.. that is Apple Juice. 

• -I do NOT drink alcohol. I tried it once in my whole entire 24 year old being and it was by accident. You can ask my friends, I don't judge for drinking but it is a personal conviction and I won't do it.

• the pictures above make me smile. I just love looking at old pictures. Memories just roll out of those. Don't they? Share a good throwback picture with me and I'll look you forever. Makes me one happy girl.
