{1st Grade} I love the conversations that I have with my Firsties. Today one of my little girls asked me why I didn't have any kids. I answered with that I wasn't married. Well, you know where that went. "Ms. Patton, Why you not got a husband?" Geez. Make me feel desperate why don't you? :)

{Girls I get to DO life with} Lauren, Lane, Jenny. All of them. I adore each one for what they bring to the table and the blessing that they have been to me while moving away from my "comfort zone" and into my life grown-up life. God is faithful and he never said it would be easy but that he would make it worth it for his glory. 


Thank you Lord for showing me your blessings tonight. 


{Birthday Celebrations} This weekend I get to celebrate this man's birthday. Craig, even though I'm not sure how old he'll be. Cough, cough-- He's pretty special. I've always looked up to him and thought so much for his sweet family. Even though he is a state fan. yuck!

My daddy is a man who would do anything he could for his family but he isn't going down without a fight! He loves to be practical and make sure that we understand every little detail of the situation! 

 

• He's a man of God, and has always told me to walk in HIS light.
• Very much a protector and for that I am thankful.
• He's funny and loves to share a good joke that he has heard/read.
• He aggravates me more than any person in this world. :)
• I couldn't imagine who else I would call for apartment problems/car problems/ anything that I know NOTHING about!

I love him too much! He's a provider and loves me for what I am. 

Daddy.

I will never be able to repay you for the monetary things but most importantly the support and help that you have given me my entire life. You love me not only because I'm your punkin' but your little girl that you love to take care of. You're the best! I miss being able to have our random lunch dates, digging through empty houses for treasures, and being able to walk in a room and ask you a question but I know that my God has a plan.

You will never know what you mean to me!

It's Wednesday, of Spring Break! I wish it would slow down as opposed to every other Wednesday in the year! :)

I haven't blogged in many moons and I miss it BIG time! Hopefully, I'm back for the duration of Spring break so get ready Padro.

This place is our go-to for special occasions, place! It's wonderful and cheap at the same time. It has the expensive feel, you know the dark lights, nice menus, and gracious waiters. :)

Dear Sleep.  I haven't seen you much in the past 2 days. I'm ready for us to be friends            again! Okay?

Dear Mama.  I'm so thankful that you are always there to back me up and make me feel safe. It's a good thing that God knew we needed each other. We make a good team!

Dear Spring Break. Please hurry! I'm not trying to wish my life away, promise. But, I can't wait to sleep late and do pretty much what I want during your short stay. 

Dear McCarty Sale.  You lived up to the other years! It was tons of fun! See you next year, maybeeee.

Dear Pinterest, Facebook, and Twitter.  Why must you tempt me to not do what I need to be doing and to play with you! Ugh! You get me in trouble!
