It's Wednesday.. Know what that means. I'm pretty sure this is my favorite day-- to link up with Jamie. :)

{one}  Jesus is so good to me. I am beyond blessed and I take that for gr anted 1,000+ times a day. I hope to do something at least once a day for someone else to express to someone how great the father's love is. Pray for me on this endeavor.

{two}  I am so glad to have been born and raised in the south. Sweet tea, friendly ya'll sayings, the Bible belt, SEC football. You couldn't ask for a better upbringing. 

{three}  After Army Wives, Sunday night, I could not imagine the longing/pain that these wives/families feel when their soldiers have gone to war.  The ones that are killed fighting for their country, WOW! What a sacrifice. I pray each family who has gone through this knows how much I appreciate their service/sacrifice. 

All gave some, some gave All. 

{four}  I'm hoping for a little antique shopping this weekend with the mother. :)

I want some of these to do a little project! :)

{five} I need to post more things on Craigslist this weekend. Should I post some of these things on here and have a BlogSale? That might be fun! What are your thoughts?

Free Again. Friday!

It's that time again. I can't tell you how excited I get about Fill in the Blank Friday. :) Let's go...

My most prized possession is  my precious,terrible,cute-as-a-bug furry,  white fur baby. Harper was bought for me when I was a Junior in college and I love her to pieces. She is definitely a growing up experience for me because she requires so much attention. I just. love her!

If I could be one age for the rest of my life, I would want to be  22. It's the age that I am now and I have responsibilities that require me to be and do my best but nothing that I can't handle. So far! I also am at a time in my life that I have the potential to do great and important things for myself and that I can make decisions that are going to impact the rest of my life. This is such a great age!

The best way to spend a weekend is    eating Mexican food with friends, shopping, spending time with family, and church on Sunday. Now you know exactly what happens on my weekends! :)

My outlook on life is  very positive! I believe that every circumstance, event, and mountain that we climb was perfectly orchestrated by our Maker! God knows exactly what he is doing even when we don't and we just need to step back and let God do what he does best! Run our lives..

If you want to annoy me, just    act like you know everything about everything. That annoys the mess out of me. 

I am completely defenseless when it comes to   french fries, cupcakes, boys in Chaco's, Cole Haans, Oh wait! So much more.

When dressing for the day one should     wear the clothes that make them feel the best that they can. Also, assessorize with jewelry, scarves, purses that make them feel like they are worth a million bucks. You only live once, may as well feel cute! :)

Remembering Thursday.

1.) I was getting back from an awesome Spring Break trip to the coast. Pretty sand, water, places to stay and shop!


2.) I was thinking that I was under so much stress.. I didn't know the half of it!


3.) I was with a friend eating out at our favorite restaurant in Oxford--If I had to guess.


4.)  I love when my kids at school say anything! Today one of my kids got a zipper(metal) of his coat, caught between two teeth. I may,may not have spazzed!


5.) I just LOVE my kiddos at school and  I hope to get a job there one day! 


6.) God is good and allows us the privilege to work with special needs kids. I got to play with a 10 year old today who functions as a 9 month old. He was precious! 


God, make known your plan. I'm trying to be patient! :)

Wednesday Love Fest

{one} I'm very thankful that this lady is healthy and nothing was wrong with her besides those mysterious chest pains. :( Feel better soon! The ER is a booming place on a Tuesday night! 

{two} I had a "free" sweet tea from McAllister's tonight because they pretty much love teachers and offered that with a MAE card. (Insurance for us student teachers).  It was love. Now, back to that water...

{three} My Jesus definitely gets the back burner of my life. and this.must.change.

             I need to start keeping a journal, reading the Bible more, and praying longer. Ever             go through those down times? What are your comments/tips to help me show more love to him. 

{four} I can't wait to de-clutter my life this weekend. My plans are to clean out my room and get some stuff listed on craigslist. A little extra moolah and space sound pretty-darn-good right about now.

1.) Twitter is a whopping, 5 years old today! Happy Birthday you total waste of my time that I could be doing something productive, that I love sooo much! 

2.) This 81 degree weather is a FAVORITE of mine! I can't wait for summer.

3.) School is getting closer to the end and it's scary/sad/but the most exciting feeling to almost be done with college! I can't wait to see where God has me teaching kids(and hopefully finding a husband).

4.) I'm hoping to go to some Ole Miss Baseball games this week. I'll keep you updated...

5.)  Healthy food is on my mind right now. Got any good recipes?

Fill in the blank. Spring Break style!

1.   The best deal I've ever gotten is  no way that I could think of one, but tons of Goodwill and Salvation Army thrifting finds. It's a big, HUGE hobby of mine.

2.  If I were hosting a dinner party and could invite people from my fantasy guest list it would include Thelma, off of Mama's Family, a childhood favorite show.  Zach Morris, off of Saved By The Bell--he was my childhood crush! ha, and Paula Deen, just for the heck of it. I would love to meet her.

3.  Something that inspires me is the love of my Savior, my family, and blogging! It's a hobby that I am so proud I got involved in.

4.  If I could only choose to eat one flavor of food for the rest of eternity (sweet, salty, spicy, bitter....) I would have to go with I would have to choose bitter.. I love sour candy, cucumbers in vinegar(don't knock it till you try it), and all things sour! I'm my daddy's child! :)

5.  I dream about things that I have previously discussed with people, and mostly about crazy things that I have heard about. Most people that are in my dreams are people that I haven't seen in years...

6.  My weekend will be spent as usual shopping and spending time with my family/friends.  When God decided to bring that special someone, he'll take their place sometimes! :)

7.  If I could only  watch one movie or TV show for the rest of my life, it would be..... Army Wives. I am loving this show. It's amazing to see some of the things that these brave women go through on a daily basis!

It's the growing up that counts!

You know those times that God just makes you step back and remember who he is and what he's done. Yeah, that happened to me today and it made me so thankful for what he has blessed me with.

In the middle of my trying to get my life organized, spring cleaning, I found some of my old jewelry boxes that had been given to me as wedding "thank you" presents from some of my family members.  In those boxes was jewelry that my precious grandaddy "Howard" started giving me when I was just a baby.  Things such as my baby ring, pearls, necklaces, and plenty of earrings.

Wanna know why these are so special to me?  My g-daddy died when I was 4 meaning that I only have a few, but precious memories that I can remember about him. He had cancer and fought for as long as he could with it, but in the end it defeated him. No, I take that back. God just knew that he couldn't suffer anymore so he let him go be with his maker. That's better!

I love hearing stories about him and how he loved to help others, loved to coon-hunt, and was always telling some kind of story.  I know one thing--he sure loved his family!

I only wish that I had many more memories of him.

So, as I was looking at all the material things that he had given to me, I came across some old pictures and I just had to show you! They are timeless..

I just can't believe it has been 4 years since we graduated from high school! and.. I am already excited about a pending wedding that is in the works with one of these girls! :))))))

Now.. it's Monday of Spring Break and I have been a bad blogger for the weekend but.. I promise to catch up!

I had lunch with my sweet mama today and driving through campus just reminded me why/how I love my school so much.

I believe that every girl in this world has dreamed about "THE ONE".  I know that I have and it's my biggest dream in life to be a wife and mommy! :)  I believe that my God has big plans to bless me in who he wants me to share my life with.
